Founded in 2008 with the simple aim to abolish Roaming Charges for mobile phones and allow the subscriber to become a “local” in every country visited. Since then we have been constantly adding innovative products and improving services to make this a reality. Last year, calls made by Britons roaming abroad increased by over
10%*, we would like to think that this was due in part to our low-cost roaming SIM

Our Directors started the business by distributing low-cost SIMs & prepay credit cards at International Airports and supplying to airlines such as Emirates, British Airways, BMI etc., This has now expanded to supplying many of the UK`s major High Street retailers.

SimstoGo sign JV Agreement with PEBIDATA, a wholly owned subsidiary of Indian software giant Exensys Software Ltd. The exclusive deal will see SimstoGo market Exensys telecoms applications in the UK such as Voice SMS, and Mobile Phone Advertising.

SimstoGo joins “Terminate the Rate” Campaign. Mobile Termination Rates or MTR`s make up around 4.7p or more for every minute of the call and it’s the main reason why calls to mobiles are more expensive than landlines. SimstoGo would like them to reflect what they actually cost- around a penny or less! SimstoGo, along with other leading industry companies such as 3, BT and Moneysupermarket.com, are dedicated to making the mobile phone industry fairer and are lobbying the industry watchdog, Ofcom, to make these changes!
